The latest 5.6.0 SP2 download seems to have been updated with a hotfix that solves the Mountain Lion problems. The name on the new download file is "ZendServer-CE-php-5.3.14-5.6.0-SP2-hotfix1.dmg". I was able to do a fresh install and did not receive any of the errors reported by others. It also seems that the app has been signed because I did not have to adjust the Mountain Lion security setting to allow apps from "Anywhere".

Version 5.x requires Java 1.5.0 installed, but Mac OS Lion just runs 1.6.0 will run in Java SE 6.0 if you follow the patch instructions here:

According to the forum users, they have been using 8.0 without any problems.

After you install XQuartz Zenmap works fine.

website has not been updated for several years, and lists compatibility with OS 10.3.9 through 10.6

just upgraded from 10.7.5 to 10.8.0 and it works fine

Booting from a ZEVO Volume (zfs file system) is not available in version 1.0.

Support for booting is on our product road-map.

Works with Abode Air. A little slow.

10.8, was able to extract file, with output disc being a NAS via AFP. File extract worked well, and played well in VLC.

Watch out for 32bit usb to serial kexts, but zterm works great.
