September 11th 2012, PIXELA released Station TV LE 2.3.0, which is compatible with Mountain Lion. However, because StationTVLEHelper.app isn't automatically registered to the Login Items, you need to register it manually.

History:
Station TV LE (version 2.2.0) seems to fail at the scheduled recording in Mountain Lion because StationTVLEHelper.app isn't automatically registered to the Login Items. If you register it manually, then the scheduled recording function will work fine.

Station TV LE (version 2.2.0) works fine in Lion, while the VGA output support has been abandoned. That means CaptyTV Hi-Vision dosen't work on Mac minis and Mac Pros with Lion anymore.
