Yes, Spectraview II is compatible with Lion but Instead of letting it write the new profile to the System you need to save it to the user's account. Lion will not let Spectraview save the profile to the default location. Go into Spectraview's preferences, click on ICC Profile, for storage location check the "Per user of this computer"
