The 9.2.1 version works fine. Some OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion's specific features (Notification Center, iCloud and Gatekeeper) do not work. Quark is on it.

It seems to work without problems on the OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion.
The versions feature of OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion do not work. XPress has its own Auto Save and Auto Backup in Preferences - Open and Save.
