Linking here the information I expected to find there myself :

"OmniFocus 1.10.2 runs fine on Mountain Lion, but there are a couple setup issues. The installers for Clip-o-Tron 3000 and the Mail Rule both need a little technical intervention. Also, because of iCal changes in Mac OS X 10.8, iCal Sync no longer works."

In the 1.10.3 update, they fixed the Mail integration.

And even before this update, the app worked truly fine in 10.8 with 99% of its functionality.

The one feature not (yet?) supported in Mountain Lion is iCal Sync.

I am having problems with loading on 10.7- it does not render correctly - becomes a non-responding application, then I have to start it over still the problem remains- will use a alternative task manager until it is repaired.

Our latest OmniFocus sneaky peeks address a number of Lion compatibility issues:

Not Lion compatible. Each key you type yields an error message about SQL (this makes it unusable). Also, the Lion autosave feature results in an error when you quick OmniFocus (this is merely annoyance).

On a french version, I can't manage to input a due date. It always fills in with January 1st 2001.

@Keith I had the same problem, you'll have to shut off syncing and re-register the sync account to reset the SQL database issue. I hope it helps.

Works perfectly for me. Bravo!

Just need a web/windows client or cross-app-compatible sync format, and ability to sync to OmniPlan to make this solution complete for me.
