I am using iTunes 10.5.3 and Mac 10.6.8. But always get 'Error' while converting with Noteburner. I wrote to the support and they said they are working on a new version which may fix the problem on 10.6.8 and 10.7 Lion. I will wait for the fix. Finger crossed.

Try suggestion: Press ' Command + Option' at the same time to start up Noteburenr until itunes starts up automatically, which can fix the problem on Mac 10.6.8, and it fixed my problem. You can have a try.

Hi, the latest version of Noteburner is 2.3.6 now. Download it here: http://www.noteburner.com/noteburner-m4v-converter-plus.dmg to see whether it fixed your problem. It fixed mine. :)

I've spent hours trying to get any DRM removal tools to work including this one. I'm on Snow Leopard 10.6.8. Nothing has worked so far including Noteburner/Tune4Mac or Wondershare Video Converter Ultimate.

I've only tried with trial versions - good job I haven't lost any money yet to Chinese Con Artists.

Noteburner is the only tool that successfully has "removed" DRM for me. And it was super easy.
Though I have not tested with the latest version of iTunes and I hope they will come up with a solution.

Got two different registration keys from customer support, but neither one worked, even when cutting and pasting directly from their confirmation e-mail, as they suggest. I have some serious concerns about the legitimacy of this manufacturer, and cancelled the charge to my credit card. Looking for another, more reliable solution now.

They've fixed it. Go to http://www.noteburner.com/mac-m4v-converter-plus.html and download the latest version (v2.3.4). If you install on top of your old version, it keeps your old registration. Otherwise you'll need to copy the registration key from your registration e-mail or contact their customer support.

Hi, guys, I also had the same problem with you, but I emailed to the customer service for support, and they replied and the latest version 2.3.4 can fix the problem. And it did. You can go to their website download the latest version.

I'm using Itunes 10.5.3 and I can't get this software to work. It looked unprofessional in the first place.
