It wount launch in Mountain Lion Developers Preview 3 at all.
Need to fix this then the ML GM comes out.

I have the swirly bar overlay, but it also doesn't delete the language files and universal binaries for the default Apple apps (iTunes, Preview, etc.), but it still gets most everything else successfully.
