There is a universal version that works well available on the home page.
The previously installed version didnt work. Had to reinstall—possibly won't run from Utilities folder (Applications is fine).

Disk Inventory X is not compatible with 10.7.4 on MacBook Retina displays. Attempting to resize the window will cause the window / decorations to stop being responsive with a dialog claiming that the window rect width is no longer an Integer value (which, I suppose, is true depending on the scaling factor applied).
Hopefully this gets rectified soon.

Only worked first run in Mountain Lion. Then it would come up but the display windows was black. Now it won't even start.

I'm getting the "window rect width is no longer an integer value" problem using my Macbook Retina. It worked for a while, dont know why today it started having problems.

Works in 10.7.2 as well. Make sure to download the universal version. The older version won't work because Lion does not support PPC programs.

Works on Lion 10.7.2 for me. Why does the caption say "Sucks Balls"? This is a wonderful app. Haven't found another one like it.
