Not working for me keeps saying that parts are missing and needs to be reinstalled and then won't allow the reinstall because of a sandbox problem. What to do or when is an update???

Works fine in Mountain Lion (10.8). Just download the Xmarks package again. Run the included uninstaller and then re-install it.

The sandbox problem TeRRyZx is having might be because of the new security settings.
1. Open Settings -> Security and Privacy
2. Open the General tab
3. Set "Allow applications downloaded from:" to "Anywhere". Might work with "…Identified developers" as well.

In order to run the installer you must turn off the sandboxing feature in the security preference pane and then it will run and update ok

the 10.6 version works fine when (force-)installing with pacifist

If you install it manually or use something like pacifist to get past the "Snow Leopard only" part of the installer, it runs fine. This shouldn't be listed as not working.

I used to run this side by side with MobileMe in Snow Leopard and it ran fine. On lion, it messes up Mobileme bookmark sync for me. I recommend changing the status to partially working.
