I'm putting the finishing touches on the all-new RoaringApps, with support for Mavericks & iOS 7.
Try it out now and help me squash some bugs.

Everybody loves the drag and drop nature of OS X. Drag an app into your applications folder, and it's installed. You'd think it would be that easy to delete an app – just a matter of dragging it to the trash. But it's not. Apps install support files on your computer that generate clutter. Introducing AppZapper. Simply drag one or more apps onto AppZapper. Then, watch as it finds the extra files and lets you delete them with one click.

After using AppZapper in OS X Lion, the finder crashed and I had to delete the HD and make a complete new installation. There was absolutely no help - not even an idea of how to get rid of the problem - from the apple support hotline.
So don't use AppZapper in OS X Lion!

Same as carotto. Used AppZapper in a fresh OSX Lion installation (iMac 27), and the Finder gets crazy (crashes inside an infinite loop ;-). Now, I'm deleting that user (it keeps working using another users) and trying to restore that user from the MBP instalation. Hope it works!
Don't use AppZapper with the Lion!!

I have been unable to reproduce the problem using AppZapper 2.0.1 under OS X 10.7.1. Works fine for me.
