I am having problems with mountain lion dp4 and alfred not finding any apps. I have cleared and rebuildcache but still no luck

Alfred works fine on both version Mountain Lion and the Lion but Alfred still hasn't registered for Gatekeeper.

find and open works after the posted workaround:
add as the last entry to ~/Library/Preferences/com.alfredapp.Alfred.plist
files.hide.ignore | boolean | un-ticked

Alfred does not find all applications, sometimes it took a while. Spotlight is finding everything correctly, so I guess this is an Alfred issue.

Lion Preview 3 fixes the metadata issues which prevented Alfred from working in certain scenarios… it should now work fine once 10.7P3 has reindexed.

The pre-release works great except for the clipboard history. Doesn't save anything to the clipboard history at all.
Currently, all key features work perfectly with Lion, and a few minor issues have been reported to Apple as bugs within Lion.
