I just loaded Lion & iCloud & now I also get the error message: 'You can't open the application FileZilla because PowerPC applications are no longer supported' I have Filezilla version 3.5.3. Please advise.

Filezilla does not work with Lion X at all!
This is the message that I get:

Just updated to 3.5.0 and FileZilla opens just fine. Haven't had any problems.

Yes I can report this too. It is fixed though in Filezilla 3.5.0 and later.
