With Lion it works perfect, but with Mountain Lion it can't find my wlan Scanner Brother MFC-490CW. Other Software work under Mountain Lion example Image Capture.

I haven't Lion, aso I can't test Vuscan whith it, but I fond many times that Hamrick.com announced that it's already supporting Lion:

VueScan 9.0.49 runs with Lion. It is also very accessible to VoiceOver.
