You are still able to use the application. In Leopard it would load the fonts for you…now you have to check the boxes each time you Startup. No big deal for me.

As above, I was going mad wondering why the font group I had created fro a project would constantly not be in the palette. Turns out they need activating every time you start the computer.
Not a deal killer… means that huge font lib's don't have to load, but only if you have your fonts organised… which of course you do, don't you?
