Just went thru a lengthy troubleshooting procedure with horrible Roxio support! They have no intention on EVER fixing Spin Doctor - it is a standalone app that does not work AT ALL with Mountain Lion. Crashes / system panic and reboot!
Thanks ROXIO :(

Hey! Same situation here, went through every possible resource. Wasted my money on Roxio. I bought the Toast Titanium only for Spin Doctor but it keeps knocking the entire system down.

Very sad to realise that Roxio does not wish to support the product and yet uses it in their marketing campaign for Toast 11.
