Color picker works intermittently. When it 'works' it tends to crash the App.

The crosshair grab and colour picker works fine with Mountain Lion and Skitch version 1.0.12.

Also have the problem when the first time Skitch is launched, the Crosshair snapshot doesn't work at all and the mouse pointer disappears. Quitting and relaunching Skitch fixes the problem.
