Adobe InDesign CS3 is working fine for me on Mountain Lion. No known issues thus far.

InDesign CS3 is working fine with Mountain Lion, but having trouble getting it to check fonts with Suitcase Fusion (latest version).

Resolved the issue with Suitcase Fusion 4 working with InDesign CS3 in Mountain Lion. Restart Type Core in Suitcase Fusion 4, then restart both programs. After that, everything works fine.
