According to Ancestry.com, the testing that they've done shows that FTM didn't have any problems running in Lion.

I noticed today that FTM for mac is no longer available on the Mac App Store. This could be due to the release (in December 2011) of FTM for mac 2 with sync which is Lion compatible. I also have seen comments on Ancestry.com forums that the earlier version of FTM is compatible with Lion but I haven't tried it yet
