I just brought a Mustek A3 USB 2400 pro scanner and the software does not work with my new imac lion 10.7.2 software. Apple helpline did not find anything to help me but eventually I found on the Mustek website under support, downloads, search 2400, drivers, image acquire software which worked fine. The Twain one does not. Good luck!
