Just use skitch its free and allows you a frame to capture and also annotate the capture, way better and still free I did use capture me for the longest time but sadly with lion its no longer working

After upgrading to OSX 10.7.2, screen captures are completely blank - usually white, occasionally all black, cyan or green, sometimes black streaked with white… etc.

Was a great utility until I upgraded to Lion. Now all black screen captures.
I hope they offer a new version soon!

Breaks my heart that CaptureMe does not work with Mountain Lion. I relied on this heavily in the past for a lot of my work. But now it is useless. So sad.
