High Scores are erased when game is quit (both Lion & Mountain Lion). Everything else seems to work flawlessly.
Developer has provided new version 1.2 for OS X 10.6 and higher. It has been reduced from 10 game scenarios to 2. Also unstable on 10.8 and prone to freezes.
