Works fine as long as you use NetUpdate to bring the Intego software up to the latest version before upgrading to Lion.
If you don't update before upgrading, VirusBarrier may become inoperable/uninstalled. Intego website has a process for getting beyond this, which involved uninstalling, reinstalling, de-authorizing and reauthorizing the suite.
