It does not work fine: it can paste a formula on Word, but only as a graphic. If a formula is copied from Word into Chemdraw IT CANNOT BE EDITED ANY MORE.

Round trip editing between ChemBioDraw Ultra 12.0.3 and Microsoft Word 2011 does work in Mountain Lion; however, ChemDraw images in Word documents created under Snow Leopard with the same programs cannot be edited in ChemBioDraw anymore. (Upgraded directly from Snow Leopard to Mountain Lion - so no info on Lion created documents).
