Seems to work, however the pointer position and the position the app thinks the pointer is at are not the same. It is impossible to manage in this way. Tested on retina display MBP.

Tabs don't work properly on MBP with Retina display.

Can't seem to click on the last opened model or last opened script . It would deselect it but would not highlight it again

You can get it working if you open it in low resolution (Right click > Get Info > Check "Open in Low Resolution")

Obviously this isn't exactly native support, but you are able to use it this way.

Not really a problem, but on 10.8 it will give the "developer not verified" warning. You will have to go into security & privacy in system prefs and allow apps from anywhere

In Lion it would go fullscreen, but in Mountain Lion it won't anymore. I'm not sure why.
