Just tried installing QuarkXPress 7 (then 7.5 updater) on Mac OSX 10.7.3. Failure. Crashes immediately.

I've installed on iMac, 24", Late 2006, 3Gb Ram and MacBook, 13", mid-late 2009, both with Lion and it works perfect without any problem!
I've just installed the 7 version dvd (or it was 7.01 I don't remember), then I've just downloaded the 7.5 updater from the Quark site, not intermediate versions.

Update: QX7.5 works with Mountain Lion too with a Macbook 13", mid-late 2009 and 4 GB of Ram.

I tried to install it on a new Mac Pro and it says You cannot open the installer because PowerPC applications are no longer supported. Will not install on Lion. I am assuming the others have upgraded to Lion after Quark was installed.

I've used 7.5 for about 8 hours on Lion and no issues yet. Which is strange because it was crashing on me on Snow Leopard.

Just to clarify — the installer apparently is PPC and won't work with Lion but… if you already have Quark 7.5 installed it runs fine.

I've been running 7.3 Passport on Lion for a couple of weeks now and had no issues.
