it seems NOT to' work with Lion, al least it doesn't work on my iMac!

Doesn't work in 10.8
Works fine in 10.7
Try out the new RoaringApps

No problem at all with Documents to Go Desktop on my iMac 27": all working well including synchronising with iPad.

Documents To Go Does not work on Lion, since it dropped support for Power PC apps. The question is — will there be an update?

i have docs to go for palm, can i use the desktop application of Docs to Go with Android phone?

Yes, it does work with Lion. I just downloaded it on my MacBook Air and used it to sync with my iPad. No problems here. (10.7.2)
