Fails to function in either Safari or Firefox. Safari error message says "Inactive Plug-in." Safari is looking for Apple Java 1.4.1 even though it is already installed.

Can view, but not present. After changing the java setting as listed in the thread below.

can view presentations with the latest version of chrome and safari. Needed to change the Java setting on the advanced tab to Enable - run with protections, no warnings. This allows you to view presentations. Presenting is still broken, error message says, HostForJava is a PowerPC application that is no longer supported.

i have the exact same issue. would love to be able to find a workaround, perhaps something unix based?

@dave is correct - this will allow viewing of presentations. Note: he means the java settings in /Applications/Utilities/Java Preferences (not Safari preferences..)

I changed java settings, but when I click on "Join the meeting" link in Outlook it does nothing. If I copy/paste the URL in safari and chrome I get message the it does not understand the protocol.
How can I make Safari and Chrome recognize the meet:/sip: protocols?
I have latest version of Java installed. How do I find out if HostForJava is installed?
