I would not have purchased the new flip HD had I known it does not support the Lion.
I may have to return the camera…..
Please update your 'updates'!

the Flip is such a wonderful product! that Cisco has discontinued making it shows a company with suicidal tendencies. good reason not to own their stock.

FlipShare has been down for so long I gave up and signed up with Givit http://click.email.givit.com/?qs=abfdb82e3d9f382c48032d8207580923572b973a9d3d341501eb6f8837cc1f22c2ceb3adeff6244b

Although FlipShare crashes when I try to export a video while running Mountain Lion, I can get it to export my video if I choose the Create … DVD function. Just FYI for others who are having the same problem of the software crashing while trying to export.

Flip was ditched by Cisco a long time ago. April of 2011.
