PDF Studio 7 Pro is the latest version of PDF Studio from Qoppa Software.
Both PDF Studio 6 and PDF Studio 7 do run on Mac OSX Lion.
However, keep the following points in mind:
PDF Studio requires the Java Runtime Environment (JRE) to run.
In Mac OS 10.7, Java is no longer preinstalled but is an optional installation item.
When running PDF Studio the first time, users will be prompted to install Java. This step is only required on the first run.
