Newest version: 5.0.1 is working fine on Mountain Lion.

Actually, you can connect to the server, and it'll accept input (mouse/keyboard), but the screen remains completely black.

Their site has been updated with information that 4.6.2 is lion-compatible, but I haven't been able to verify yet.

I can verify that the server is now Lion-compatible, though it wouldn't run in Service mode until after a restart.
