Mountain Lion is 64-bit only (it no longer supports 32-bit kernel mode). SecureClient NG-AI R56 HFA 3 for Mac OS X Lion (10.7) is 32-bit only, so it definitely incompatible with Mountain Lion. Endpoint Security Mac E75 supports 64-bit mode, so this is the minimum level that might be compatible with Mountain Lion.
