Guys, we are talking about the current version (3.0.6) not 2.1.8 or 2.1.9, i'am using the 3.0.6 version, no problems it works

I'm having some major lag issues with 10.8 and Screenflow 3.0.6. I'm running a quad core i7 MBP with 16gb of ram and screenflow just absolutely pumbles this machine when recording.
I had little issue with Lion on this machine, it was still a bit chuggy here and there but nothing like what I am experiencing with Mountain lion.
On Snow Leopard, even on a 2008 model iMac. Screen flow ran perfectly fine, I just cannot fathom why it works so poorly under Mountain Lion, even with this new core i7 machine. I really hope it can be fixed.

We are experiencing some of the same issues Grady Oneal is with 3.0.6. The application seems to use an awful lot of processing power than it previously did in Lion. The recordings are almost useless under Mountain Lion. Even on current generation Apple hardware.

I'm using 2.1.8 and can confirm that it doesn't work correctly (records audio fine, but video is black).
About to try the 2.1.9 Beta.
