There is an update from the author to fix the program losing its registration and not accepting valid key codes.

Unforunately, this patch will not run properly in 10.8 and instead give an error of "The operation couldn't be completed. (OSStatus error -67049.)"
You definitely need to apply the speed fixes noted on the website (http://home.earthlink.net/~robert.leatherwood/) for vh131ffmpeg.
