Dave Stillman, Strider's Director of Operations said, "The new version takes TypeStyler's unequaled control over text shaping, styling, flow and layout even further by exploiting Apple's latest technologies such as Unicode, Core Image, OpenGL, QuickTime and Quartz compositions."
TypeStyler now (October, 15, 2009) runs natively on Intel Macs in both Leopard and Snow Leopard, as well as on PowerPC Macs running Tiger or Leopard.

Original:Could not get it to go in 10.7 Lion. Icon just bounced ad infinitum in Dock.
NEW Edit (7-21-11): Original TypeStyler probs in Lion OS were due to corrupt DS store and Cache files. Deleting these bad files allows TypeStyler 10.6.75 to operate just fine. Sorry for the earlier confusion. —DB

I love TypeStylerlatest version, 10.6.75but in OS 10.7 Lion it won't run for me. Its icon simply bounces endlessly in the Dock. Any other experiences?? It does use Intel-based architecture.

After cleaning out corrupt DS store and Cache files, TypeStyler 10.6.75 runs just fine on Apple's new Mac OS X 10.7 'Lion.' The icon no longer bounces forever upon launch—it operates smoothly.
