This is the first version I've had that comes up as 'Intel' rather than 'PowerPC' in the Activity monitor, so I'm nervous to see if it really will work with Lion.

When OS X 10.7 came out the LilyPond application for OS X did not initially work. It was later upgraded to work with 10.7. (Running it from the command line always worked with 10.7.)
