What about 10.8? I use CS3 Photoshop Extended and Bridge.
Works fine in 10.8
Works fine in 10.7
I'm putting the finishing touches on the all-new RoaringApps, with support for Mavericks & iOS 7.
Try it out now and help me squash some bugs.

I'm editing this entry that formerly said doesn't work, because I'm running and it seems to work fine on Lion. Officially Adobe acknowledges some issues with CS3: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/905/cpsid_90508.html#main_Photoshop

On my side, I found out that I can't edit Smart Object anymore, getting the "could not edit original smart object because the disk is not available" error. Be it placed Smart Objects or layers just being converted as Smart Object a few seconds before.
Anyone else can test SOs and post their results, as it could be a Lion Migration bug, or a corrupted preference file.
I did migrate my apps instead of doing a fresh install. I might try a fresh reinstall… of the whole Production Bundle ( sooooo many presets to backup there in all the bundle apps >.< ). I will try to trash PS prefs first and post if it resolve the bug.

Ok! So I trashed the com.adobe.Photoshop.plist file, restarted Photoshop, created a new document, made a new layer, did some brush strokes, convert to SO… could not edit it.
I quit Photoshop, restart it, do the same thing… and it worked!
I guess it had to be quit and restarted to have the prefs being saved.
Great web database btw! And I'll try to contribute with feedback on more apps as I might discover more bugs/incompatibility in a near future, only been on Lion for 3 days.
