Windows version of the game runs fine with wine

One problem is, that the ALT key doesn't work properly. It's supposed to show all items and get them with a left mouse button.

don't expect this to have support on lion because apple dropped support on rosetta and powerpc programs for mac. You going to have to ether wait for Diablo 3 or if and unlikely if; if blizzard makes a re-coded intel & HD version of Diablo 2.
