iBackup is a simple to use backup/restore utility.
iBackup backs up the data, system and applications settings of a user.

As often the operating system cause the issue, e.g. computer is slow, or unwanted applications are installed, the operating system has to be reinstalled and the data, system and applications settings have to be restored. Or restore an older version of a document or system and applications settings.

The greatest feature of iBackup is its ability to backup system settings, e.g. System Preferences, Mail, iPhoto, iTunes, but also 3rd party applications settings, more than 250 plugins for backup application settings are available, which allow you to restore the settings and data of one application or to restore an earlier point in time.

Latest version (7.4) runs on Mountain Lion although I did have some issues with it on one Mac but not on another. Uninstalling and reinstalling (per the instructions on the iBackup website) solved the problem.
