You can at least get the scanner working by installing the drivers, which are available from the installer using Pacafist

Scanners works in Lion via Image Capture. Neatworks software refuses to run however.

neat receipts worked great twice then quit that's when i discovered tech support is virtually nonexistent. i was sent a new scanner which doesn't work either
