Older version 4.5.1 seems to work fine. Syncs fine with iPhone app 6.1. Not as pretty as new version but it works.

Safari 6.0 causes a similar issue with SplashID Plug-in. As of Today 28/7/2012 no available update for splash ID.

Uninstall for safari can be found as above or more simply in the SplashID desktop application File/Plugin For Safari/Install or uninstall.

Does not work fine! Does not work with the new Safari 5.1 When start Safari, it gives an error: "SIMBL Error, Safari 5.1(v7534.48.3) has not been tested with the plugin SplashID.bundle (null) (v5.3.3) As a precaution, it has not been loaded. Please contact the plugin developer (not the SIMBL author) for further information" So that means SplashID needs to fix it on their end. And also post that it has problems, not a green checkmark saying it works fine!

SplashID ver. 6.0.1 does give the cautionary statement about the "SIMBL Error" but the program runs just fine…. Not sure how SplashID wants to interact with Safari, but it seems to work on my desktop great!!

Uninstall plug-in by opening package contents of SplashID.app and then Resources, where you will find the application SplashID Safari Uninstaller. Very simple indeed.

SplashData offers an update (6.0.2.). That should solve the SIMBL Error…

Thanks jdesorme. Lokated the uninstaller (in Resources folder) inside the package. Worked great. Hope Safari is now stable again.
