Good Twitter app, but when you click a link the colon is stripped. Therefore, you get http//url.ext instead of http://url.ext.

Confirmed. This makes the application totally useless as a Twitter app as you cannot open anything linked (no images, no short links). It does appear to open non-shortened links correctly, but very few of those exist in Twitterland

Version 2.2.0b1 is reported to fix the link bug.

So where do you get 2.2.0b1 from?! Seeing as a recent support message from the author basically said he didn't have time any more to do even the smallest of bug fixes and has, now, removed the app from the AppStore…
