Version 2.3 works under Lion.
(The reason to stick with v2 is that it allows user-defined text coloring based on filename extension. AFAIK later versions do not.)

Copy+paste does not work in TextWrangler to Safari.

Also on Lion, it does not support window resize from any side/corner. But is certainly usable under Lion.

Window resize not working in Snow Leopard 10.6.8(Firefox) as well.
