Adobe Digital Editions software offers an engaging way to view and manage eBooks and other digital publications. Use it to download and purchase digital content, which can be read both online and offline. Transfer copy-protected eBooks from your personal computer to other computers or devices. Organize your eBooks into a custom library and annotate pages. Digital Editions also supports industry-standard eBook formats, including PDF/A and EPUB.

I can read the books I already have, but I cannot download new content to Adobe Digital Editions after upgrading to Lion. I have reinstalled it with the file linked to above, but without any change. The Flash installer application on Adobe's webpages still tells me that my "system does not meet the minimum system requirements". I am on a 2.4 Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo MacBook Pro with 4 Gb RAM (and Mac OS X Version 10.7).

Correction: I can download new book files (via acsm-files). Adobe's detection page just don't can't "see" ADE on my Mac. Which means that I cannot access the book I bought online…
