Actually, this seems to be working for me with no issues whatsoever. Have you guys made sure to upgrade to the latest version of iTunes? After installing Lion, software update found a new iTunes for me, and I'm almost positive I had the latest version before Lion.

I got feedback from the developers, this is what they said.
The app store version isn't yet compatible with 10.7 causing it to constantly crash, while our website's version works with it. We sent Apple an update to push out two weeks ago but it's *still* under review. You can read more about it here, if you like: http://thelittleappfactory.com/news/
