I confirm that VectorWorks 2009 works perfectly on Lion.
Has anyone tested with Mountain Lion?

I've had no problem running Vectorworks 2011 on my new MacBook Air, and now putting Lion onto my iMac as I can rest assured that all my programs are working fine!
