Doesn't seem to work on early Core2Duo machines or non-pro machines that won't book a 64bit Kernel regardless of the VT-x/AMD-V settings.

Using 4.1 on a 32-bit kernel (VT-x/AMD-V enabled) and everything appears to be working with my XP guest.

Version 4.0.12 seems to work just fine, even with VT-x/AMD-V enabled. I'm using Lion 10.7.0 and Win Xp as guest.
